Jazz Vidamo successfully represented New Zealand at the 2019 WCOPA and brought home medals after performing a Filipino kundiman.

Watch New Zealand’s 12-year-old Filipina-Kiwi Opera Princess Jazz Vidamo talk about her inspiration on Super Pinoy E-Kwento Mo’s Tuesdays with Kuya Romy aired over ApnaTV-36.

The Filipino talk show in New Zealand hosted by Kuya Romy Udanga and produced by Net Kapihan’s Rene Molina featured the young music talent, touted the Opera Princess.

Jazz Vidamo represented New Zealand at the 2019 World Championships for the Performing Arts (WCOPA) where she sang the Filipino kundiman, “Sa Kabukiran”, and brought home five medals.

In the interview, Vidamo talked about learning to sing opera from her Filipina grandmother who was an opera singer, her supportive family, joining worthy causes, and how she takes care of her voice.

The show also presented select Jazz Vidamo’s performances.

Super Pinoy E-Kwento Mo Tuesdays with Kuya Romy aired over ApnaTV-36 airs Tuesdays at 5:30 PM in New Zealand.
