Filipino champion mixed martial artist (MMA) Geje “Gravity” Eustaquio stopped the Korean “Running Man” in the co-main event of ONE: Inside The Matrix III held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, cementing his reputation as an elite fighter.

The 31-year-old Eustaquio dominated the 28-year-old South Korean Song Min Jong to bring out a unanimous decision in his favor in their pre-recorded battle aired on November 13, 2020.

The win is the Team Lakay champion’s second straight victory after delivering a knockout win over Toni “Dynamite” Tauru in Manila last year.

The Filipino MMA from Baguio had earlier earned the ONE Flyweight World Champion title in 2018.

In his 2020 victory, Eustaquio was seen using his patented wushu striking against the fighter from Seoul. He continuously delivered short hooks, leg kicks, and straight punches while evading his opponent’s advances.

Geje Eustaquio is eyeing a top 5 flyweight ranking and the next battle with a top division fighter.
