Recently, a father, Vanni Baita shared his daughter’s experience regarding the ill effects of long-term use of “gadgets”.

He said his daughter Shane Erich Baita suddenly started shaking as if she was possessed. The father is very concerned because they do not know the cause of what is happening to their child. But after consulting a doctor, it was discovered that her daughter had a “focal seizure“. It is a disease that can lead to “epilepsy“.

The human brain contains neurons, or brain cells, that use electrical signals to communicate with one another. At the time a person has a seizure, their brain has an abnormal discharge or flow of electricity.

There are many possible causes of “seizures” but according to the doctor they went to, excessive exposure or use of “gadgets” caused it.

It is said that “gadgets” such as “cellphones” provide high radiation that affects the flow of electricity to the brain. Which also led to a lack of control over the body of young Shane Erich.

Based on the study, people may experience physical symptoms before, during, and after the so-called “seizure.” It can also be noted that the “seizure” is only a temporary phenomenon. Although it is only temporary, the recurrence of “siezure” can cause “epilepsy”.

Epilepsy is a disease that causes a person to have convulsions due to abnormal flow of electricity from the brain to the spinal cord or “spinal chord”. When the electrical current is delayed, the directions the brain lowers to the body are also delayed. This is the reason why a person suffers from epilepsy.

Unlike generalized seizures, focal seizures come from only one part of the brain. Generalized seizures come from the whole brain rather than just one part of the brain. However, there are some “focal seizures” that change and become “generalized seizures” which is worrying because of its ability to continue with epilepsy.

Right now, Shane Erich is being given medication to prevent her condition from getting worse. That is why everyone should be very careful when using the electronic “gadgets”.

Avoid sleeping next to your “gadget.” Avoid getting hungry and sleeping very late just because of using it. Although we get many benefits from these modern devices, anything in excess has a corresponding replacement that may not be good for our health.
