In Episode 5 of The Filipino Show, Ekwento Mo, Barangay New Zealand’s Filipino-Kiwi educator and media man Rene Nonoy Molina features the play Crisostomo Ibarra and Maria Clara.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Direk Nonoy’s Filipino TV show aired for the first time in June 2019 as “Dining With Heroes”, 30-minute episodes of multi-content with interviews and news reports. The series featured Good News Pilipinas TV episodes from the Philippines.

in 2021, Molina started the Super Pinoy sa Apna TV 36, the largest Indian channel in New Zealand. The new show continued to feature Good News Pilipinas TV episodes.

This 2024, Molina brings The Filipino Show eKwento Mo on air back on Kordia TV: Freeview Channel 200 at 8 pm on Sundays in most areas of New Zealand.

Tune in on Sunday prime time at 8 pm (NZ) and 4 pm (PH) on Freeview Channel 200 Kordia TV. You can also watch it live on the Freeview Channel 200 website.

Catch the video rebroadcast on PSTV+ at the end to experience the channel’s multicultural focus of the network with a Filipino flavor.
