The Acosta family’s journey from the corporate world to rice milling is a testament to the power of determination and hard work. After Ronald Acosta decided to take the early retirement option from his corporate job in a pharmaceutical company, he and his wife embarked on a new adventure in the world of rice trading.

With the knowledge imparted by his mother-in-law, Acosta learned the intricacies of palay trading and, together with his wife, established the STARV Rice Mill in Bustos Bulacan. The 1500 sqm facility quickly gained recognition for its high-quality rice products, attracting customers and expanding the business.
