Filipino basketball star Kai Sotto is back in the headlines after showing off his dominance complete with a no jump dunk in the Smith League Open Run.

The 18-year-old former Ateneo Eaglet MVP who is currently in the United States for training was recently seen displaying his skills in social media videos released by Frankie Vision.

In the videos posted on social media on March 30, 2021, the 7-foot-3 center could be seen making his NBA-level moves and executing a standing no-jump-dunk on the 10-foot rim.

“Kai Sotto Dominates Smith League Open Run,” went the caption on the video of the scrimmage in Cincinnati.

Wearing a Pilipinas shirt, Kai Sotto looks determined to continue his bid to be the first homegrown Filipino to play in the National Basketball Association (NBA) despite leaving the NBA G-League program following his attempts to play for the Gilas Pilipinas FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers earlier this year.
