Toyota adds more Vios units for mobility of health frontliners in Metro Manila, Laguna

Toyota completes the turnover of its pledged 30 Vios Units to the Department of Health.

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has provided more Vios units for the mobility of health frontliners in Metro Manila and Laguna.

TMP announced the completion of its pledged units to the Department of Health hospitals with the turnover of 17 more units during a simple ceremony held at its head office and manufacturing plant in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

The donation forms part of the committed thirty (30) units earlier announced by TMP in June to support the mobility needs of healthcare frontliners in Metro Manila and Laguna.

Department of Health (DOH) undersecretary Gerardo Bayugo graced the occasion, together with hospital representatives who received premium variants of the locally-produced Vios.

On top of the vehicle donation, TMP, in partnership with Toyota Mobility Foundation, currently provides ten (10) connected and sanitized shuttles to the Philippine General Hospital health workers. All shuttles are in compliance with the “new normal” guidelines to ensure that healthcare workers are well-protected.

SEND CHEERS to Toyota Motor Philippines for providing more units for health frontliners.
